Confirm that your equipment uses standard 5-pin DIN MIDI ports and that your computer has a USB-A port or a suitable adapter. Connect the cable’s MIDI IN plug to the MIDI OUT port of the instrument, and MIDI OUT to the instrument’s MIDI IN port. Audio is not transmitted through MIDI.
