Technical specifications

Compatibility

Designed for 10/100 Mbps Ethernet wiring using pins 1/2/3/6. It is not a Gigabit Ethernet protector and must be connected to an effective protective earth to operate as intended.

Setup

1. Disconnect the network run.
2. Install the protector in line, observing the IN/OUT markings on the housing.
3. Have the earth lead bonded to a suitable earth point by a qualified installer.
4. Reconnect and test the network and PoE device.
