The more sunlight, the less VLT you need to choose. VLT 13.5-38.2%, for Sunny days and partially clouded to sunny days.
Will they also fit a little girl or boys (Children)?

Is there only one size for these goggles? There are usually couples of sizes to fit different sized head.
Normally it can fit with no issues. It has an adjustable anti-slip strap which is different from other products.
Can I wear this goggles on top if I wear my glasses?
Yes, our ski goggles support Over The Glasses(OTG), please check the glass size on pictures.
